30-day guarantee

At Brand Builder we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for Content Studio. If the service doesn't convince you, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, with no need to justify the reason.

How to request a refund

Payments and refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

• visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used to make the purchase, or
• write to us at the support email provided in the application and we'll handle it for you.

The amount is refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase. It may take a few business days to appear depending on your bank.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel the automatic renewal at any time from the billing section of your account. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for and you won't be charged again.
